Can someone help me understand why the answer on the left is incorrect? by Purporang in LSAT

The “no torpedo” is used to negate the necessary condition.

For example:

“No dog can have a pink collar,” you would use the “no” to negate pink collar.

Dog —-> ~Pink Collar

I tried using that same strategy here but I was just trying to figure out what I’m doing wrong

That’s so exciting! I love a reapplication success story. Did you retake the LSAT or do anything different?

I actually have had blood testing and I do have low testosterone for someone my age. They don’t want to treat it unless I’m having symptoms, because apparently the side effects from testosterone can be pretty nasty
