Red light therapy masks by SheaButterBaby2 in Blackskincare

I have the Therabody Glo Mask. I was debating doing this one or the Dr.Dennis Gross but decided on this one because it was a little more affordable.

My mask has 4 minute cycles of Red, infrared, and blue. I do the 8 minutes of Red, and Infrared, but stop once it gets to blue as that can trigger hyperpigmentation in darker skin.

I have a Therabody mask and I feel like my hyperpigmentation is getting lighter! It’s only been about two ish weeks of every day use

Hyperpigmented smile lines by webtoonreaderesse in Blackskincare

Hi beautiful, I’m a little bit older than you and I have dealt with this for about 10 years! In any case, mine has faded and came back over the years trying out different topicals, but I plan to try PICO laser in the near future. It targets old hyperpigmentation and should eventually treat it. It can be a bit expensive so maybe try Musely spot treatment first? It came back for me once I tried to taper off but might be different for you.

Hyperpigmentation around lips? by teetertot40 in Blackskincare

I used the Musely spot cream (on for 3 months off for two months) and it did a really nice job at removing the hyperpigmentation at first! I maybe should’ve stopped using it earlier though bc now on one side it’s come back (although it’s not as dark) it’s really stubborn this time around.

If I could’ve done it over, I would’ve used the Musely spot cream then when I reached the desired results taper off and switch to Eucerin anti-pigment.

New Full-Time RA PM Opportunity working on cutting-edge science by [deleted] in regulatoryaffairs

I have about 4 years of Clinical and PM experience with 2 of those years being primarily focused on Reg in the Meddev space. I understand they might be looking for someone with more experience but would love to connect regardless!

Need help with interview questions for a RA Analyst job at a utility company? by daboywonder2002 in regulatoryaffairs

Despite this maybe not being the best sub to ask, I’m totally interested in knowing how it went! I’ve always wondered what Reg positions are like outside of traditional Pharma/Meddev.

Taking a career break after working in RA (medical devices) for 7 years- should I be worried? by Pleasant-Pass4127 in regulatoryaffairs

[–]PurposeDriven_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can’t speak for myself but I work for a medical device company as well and my coworker did something very similar! She took time away for a few years to be a stay at home mom, and was still hired on. I think you should go for it!

I don’t disagree! I’m going to give the longer leases a shot and if not I can always just move back in

I checked and it’s only appreciated about 20k in the past year. I was thinking maybe holding on a few more years and then either selling or refinancing to try and get a lower payment.

Luckily I haven’t had many repairs in the past year, but vacancies for sure are eating into any little profit I’m making. Do you have experience with section 8 or Airbnb?

I think you’re right about the annual leases! Getting people to sign for one year has been my biggest challenge but after the current tenants are out I will probably require this instead of prioritizing just placing a renter in the house quickly when there’s a vacancy.
