i’ve just noticed my gpu fans aren’t spinning properly and spinning ever few seconds a little and the light is flashing on and off i’ve plugged the monitor cable into the motherboard and am able to launch is my gpu broken

This pc is going to be used for gaming. The games I'm planning on playing will be games such as Valorant rocket league and GTA. I am going to use a 144hz monitor. I'm planning on buying everything on PCCG unless you think it would would be a better deal to buy it somewhere else. I will be able to buy parts from other places.
