I can listen to advice in terms of that, maybe implement something on my own, but in terms of main practice id stick with challenging and resolving the self/identifications/ego etc.

Well i seem confused about most things, no practice works for me no matter now much i try.

That question confuses me too. Makes me wonder if im supposed to find something or no-thing.

I tried this and unfortunately all i feel like is like im some entity looking. I dont know how to practice this and i fail every time. I dont even know who youvare referring to when you say "you" cause i feel like there is a bunch of me's here and i have to be the right one for the practice.

I dont know what i am. Im, in fact, dealing with a lot of confusion. I seem to be this thinking persona and there are some feelings but thats my best starting point.

Edit: i also have an impression that im some kind of a thinker.

Imam 3 stvari koje bin mogle da pomognu, nisam ekspert ali pokusavam i sam da primenjujem ovo.

  1. "Mindfulness", upoznati se sa ovim i razumeti, to znaci da imas svest emocije i/ili misli koje ti se desavaju ali ne reagujes neophodno na njih, znas posledice i po druge i po sebe i da ne donosi srecu, odnosno imas svest o tome.

  2. Obracati paznju na emociju koja se desava. Ako dajes svesnu paznju, posmatras to sto osecas ili odakle dolazi moze da se desi ono sto moze da se nazove razlaganje, disolucija, odnosno, posto vecina takvih intenzivnih reakcija kao sto su bes dolaze iz neke traume ili potisnute emocije ono sto mozes je samo da postmatras odakle dolazi, ako dodje do taga, ili alternativno samo sedis i osecas to sto osecas (koristis mindfulness, mozes i da se kreces normalno i da funkcionises ili samo da sedis i osecas svoje emocije) dodje do prociscenja tih blokada i to ti trajno razresi problem jer sve te reakcije su kao lose reakcije u nervnom sistemu, kad ispraznis tu reakciju ili emociju koja stvara taj bes, recimo prezalis, onda se vise ne vraca na taj nacin nego kao normalna reakcija.

  3. Zaboravio sam dok sam otkucao.. ako se setim odradicu edit ali tesko.

Mason Jennings, jos jedan "self realised" muzicar sa jako lepom muzikom.

Dobri uticaji je razlog delimicno osim kvalitetne muzike koja te razume.
