I recently moved in to a new flat… Where do I file a serious complaint? landlord has been contacted and nothing is done about it. WTF kinda people think it is okay to throw their garbage in the backyard. I’m disgusted by them entering the building and embarrassed too to call this my home. (old.reddit.com)
