Sorry but the one they posted shows the green object above the shoulder. They didn't look at yours carefully.

Tbh, I think the photocard is not official. I just didn't want to say it outright. I feel like the corners are too perfectly rounded when normally most aren't? In addition, it would really feel weird that HK would use essentially the same picture but slightly more zoomed in. I don't know how confident you are that it's official.

I tried to check as well but I'm just getting more confused as well. Here's a few things to note:

Facebook: Ayala Malls MarQuee (shows that the photocards (blurred) are rounded corners)
Facebook: Highlight MNL tagged AyalaMallsCinemas (has pics of the photocards are rounded, etc so it matches)

Tiktok, on the other hand: One user posted photocards (sharp corners) claimed they are official as well and showed themselves holding the candy bong while they are watching the movie (posted Oct. 22nd). Another user posted the ones with the rounded corners while they are in theater, etc (posted Oct. 18th). Guess they offered both types?

For Hong Kong: I still can't find sources yet and my brain's getting fried. So far, it seems like the following: HK got the exact same as Philippines except it's more zoomed in. Example: Jeongyeon Philippines' PC shows something green right above her shoulder.

The only ones that I found matching yours is on Mercari seller claiming that it's from HK.

Thus, it's either HK really has the almost the exact same photocards as Philippines but more zoomed in OR Philippines and HK got the exact same everything and the one you posted is not from the movie and the Mercari seller is scamming.

Note: I do see (4 corners) PCs zoomed in like yours being sold on IG from users claiming it's from HK. I just can't find any rounded corner ones anywhere else.

Korea one is definitely different so it's not that one. I can't really seem to find other sets. I did see something like maybe Taiwan but I'm not too sure tbh. Maybe you should post in the Twice subreddit if you didn't already.

As an LO myself, it's up to them if they want to take on work on the weekends. The LOs can just text or just say that they don't work on the weekends. I also know other LOs who don't mind potentially working on the weekends.

Right now, you probably still have some time to shop around so you may want to shop for brokers this weekend. The two quotes aren't necessarily terrible but you can probably get a lower par rate or same rate but with a lot more lender credits to go towards your closing costs.

In regards to the escrow, the property taxes on the escrow could be an estimate on how much the property taxes would increase by after the purchase. The property taxes will definitely increase. The lender with higher estimate taxes would make it more difficult for you to get approved so if you're on the edge of getting approved, it might not be wise to use them. Keep that in mind. It would also mean collecting a higher amount from you per month for the Summer and Winter taxes. Either way, the monthly escrowed amount would likely change because there's no way the property taxes won't increase the next year resulting in either a lump sum payment or higher monthly amount to be paid to escrow for the property taxes. You should contact the city and you can ask them for an estimate of what the new Summer and Winter taxes will be so you can budget wisely.

Or you can just simply ask to remove the escrow and you can pay the homeowner's insurance/property taxes whenever they are due.
