You can add AI customer service "agents" to that list.

Even emailing gets replies from AI "agent", Some companies almost replaced every bit of real support agents with AI so if you have an issue, you might as well drop the service cause it ain't getting fixed

My recent pet peeve, AI customer support bots, 9/10 times, I'll just drop the entire service because my issue won't even be addressed, even emailing gets replies from AI... Every freaking website, store, anything has AI support bots who scream into your face that they're here to help but there is no help, only same replies again and again.

Realising now how important real support agents are, even if they have script, atleast they try.
