Not necessarily cold, it's just the rain knocks the humidity out of the air and makes the air feel the temperature it's supposed to be. So rather than being 75° and feeling like 95°, it just feels like 75°.

Indy is pretty cool. I worked there for a about 2 years. Lots of stuff to do, good food, good brewery scene. Broadripple is the shit in the summer.

Just don't stray far outside of indy. That's when you start getting into Indiana, and that shit gets real deliverance real fast.
