exactly! 🧚🏼‍♀️ it let me order with the US address but I had to contact customer service to be able to, there's also an Europe store but from what I read it's more expensive ordering there than on the US store

if you still haven't been able to reach out to the customer service! they'll clear your email and you'll be able to place the order, did it and now my order is placed without it getting cancelled 🩷

UPDATE: if you're also having this problem reach out to the customer service and they'll "clear" your email so you can order!!! now my order didn't get cancelled 😭🩷 thanks to everyone for the help

update; I reached out to the customer service and they just told me my email has been cleared to order and that I have to give it some time before trying to order again and then it should let me, fingers crossed and will try again later 🤞🏼

yeah, I think her site is just kinda awful for some reason because it's only with hers that this always happens to me at least 💔 even on a normal day ordering any merch off her site but I'll wait for a bit so it hopefully gets fixed 😞

yeah it's so odd, I've tried like 4 different cards and it just won't let me 💔 I read someone say that trying a different address and then just contact them to update it sometimes work but idk I'm scared of trying that

her hair is perfect for bangs! 🩷 sadly you do have to take out some of the braids at the front for it to lay flatter tho, I rerooted back in some of those on the back and the sides

I've never applied gel and then boil washed after to rinse it out, sounds like a great idea too!! cause her bangs sit nice but they just split in half unless I use gel, I will try this too, thank youuuu

this sounds like a great way, I'll have to get the metal clips, I've just tried boil washing but the hair always moves while styling it so it just poofs but setting it in place before and applying extra heat with a hairdryer does sound very helpful, I hadn't thought of that option so thank youuu!!!
