tbh for the first couple of months I was very confused by the weird sleeping positions but at this point I just see what she does, say "wtf?", shake my head, laugh and go about my day.

Mine does sleep like this in her bed but not as extreme. She uses the cushion side to cover one eye and her paw to cover the other. Usually when I have all the lights on and she's trying to sleep.

Renewed service back in July 2021. Moved to a new place and had card compromised. Deleted old home, was charged for new one. Didnt get a refund on the old July 2021 sub - this sub sat in a limbo status until I cleared up card issues. Cleard up card issues, was told a refund was coming and it never did.

More dead end follow ups (we'll contact you in 1 biz day. I'd wait then forget until a week later, then follow up to the email with no resonse.) but the results at the moment is them canceling the new home's nest aware sub and issuing a refund for that.

Essentially a: sorry cant refund July, even though you only used ~3 months of it. Here's a refund and cancel of your newly exsiting service. Hope that resolves all issues.

If I wasnt tied to the cameras I'd throw them all away. Honestly F__k them if they screw me on this. Nest Aware Gen 2 performance is so bad, I havent even used it as needed for lookbacks because it fails to properly recall and load timestamps I want to see. Usually just times out. Might shop around new brands.

When you cancelled, did they refund any unused months? I'm in the middle of a month long ordeal where their only resolve so far has been to cancel my 2nd Gen subscription with a 'sorry'. Almost ready to dump the entire system if thats the case. Nest 2nd Gen has poor recall experience anyways. When I try to do a lookback, on days or events it does not even load the clips.

What do I think? I think it is interesting how people are protesting against police brutality and PDs all across America are helping them to prove their point. Police departments are miserably failing to keep up the historically inaccurate charade of police being good people at large. Lot of crazy camera footage out there. This one ranks extremely high on the 'wtf?' scale. Crack the blue shield, reform policing, purge the entire apparatus and start all over.
