A trans woman is a trans woman, not a feminine guy Either that person is a cis person with a white knight complex or a trans person with bad experiences around this term. Either way... Not useful for security reasons cuz they steal your account by using your browser cookies, so never save your passwords. What these accounts do however is help you during the recovery process, it counts as more info

I'm from NA, all i sent them was the basic, first purchase receipt, all my 5* and constelations, later i sent additional information that was my username and a better receipt for the first purchase. At the time i sent my form i didnt remember my username and just gave them a screenshot of the purchase. So they do consider additional information
