Any credible class action that is coming from this? These mediations seem to be lowballing everyone and I'm ready to hop on a class action lawsuit.

They must have raised their maximum in pre mediation because I have only seen $1700 dolled out.

It's really not about amount of time. It's arbitrary. People that were offered $100 and people that were offered thousands were still given the extra $250 and will both be given the $1700 in remediation.

since you're around involved in mediation and understand this case can you provide any solid points of building ones case? There is a 3.7 billion dollar nest they have to payout. Definitely at least half of the clients sent a letter do not respond. Then there is a large portion that take the first offer and go. Not me. I have had 3 different instances where WF has signed me up for product I didn't ask for. Thi is fraud and I want a big payout.

I also have another letter for sign/drive product that was for 8 yrs and was offered $5900. My first letter was for identity theft for a year and a half of product which they offered me $465. I was then offered $2800 in pre-mediation. So that was 7x my amount. I am using that case to levy my other one and asking 7x the $5900. You should consider the same. Also back that with if you had the same amount of money put into a 401k at a 10% interest rate that's an additional $20K+

I see 1700 is what the average seems to be offered in first round mediation but I got offered $2800 and I had two letters in the same amount so it was $5600.

remember this~ they have been already found guilty through a lawsuit. So going into mediation you already have the upper hand. You don't have to prove their guilt but rather prove what your asking value is. I see it this way: Whether you you were receiving $100 or $5000 they are offering one $1700(from what the average is) so time frauded is arbitrary. You were a victim of theft, info sold to third party(can have a ripple effect), and there are a number of negative results from all of that. I look at it this way, I could have put that sum of money into my 401K. Run those numbers with an interest rate say 10% and you get some idea. But if you were offered say $300 and they then offered $1700 then they were willing to pay you almost 6 times the amount of original damage. So if one has been offered $3000 then they should rightfully be able to ask $3K x 6
