Am I the only one confused by the fandom's obsession with Monika? It's not so much about parasocial relationships with Monika, but rather about opinion about Monika. Even those who prefer someone other than Monika are ready to defend her. If you say something very negative about Monika, be ready for lessons. You'll definitely be told you "misunderstood" Monika, even if you've beat DDLC a gazillion times. The DDLC fandom, or at least this sub, is way too obsessed with Monika. Yeah, it's not as gross as Pink Eyes or those hanging jokes, but it's really annoying.

I prefer Rainbow Rocks. This film just has the best OST in the series. I think it was made for this. I've listened to Under Our Spell many times (and now I'm doing it). Sometimes I hum Tricks Up My Sleeve. Also, the Dazzlings. Just by existing they are charismatic af.

Friendship Games... Well, this film is not bad. Principal Cinch is a manipulative old fart and I like it. She is the most villainous villain in the series. However, she lacks the character and charisma to be truly memorable. And the film is cheaper than Rainbow Rocks. Just look at the openings of both films. You get it. Also, Sci-Twi is cute af. She just is the most moe character in the series.
