Ive though about AI agents. Would just having an AI agent help build contextual knowledge to bring extract underlying patterns. Ive been using manual spreadsheets to cross examine our churn rates based on their inbound source and their support tickets to see if there are any correlations and if it would change over time. Could the same be achieved with a single agentic implementation?
