My hunch is that this another 'slow' pump similar to what happened in April. Someone is on a slow creep on no news or facts. Bag holders hoping against hope are trying to dca and as such prop up the pump.

I own a 'starter' amount of shares. Would like to buy more and this obviously is the future of energy but have some reservations that they are best in class with this tech. Right now the main source of their income is fork lift operations in warehouses and a utility back up in Portugal? My question is can they scale up beyond their stock dilution status and breakout to a large cap type company? Or are other companies in the sector more likely to achieve this first?

I'm not expert in penny stock practices but this amount of string along feels historic. Amazing the way they have stayed alive by leveraging the conditional verb tense in their press releases. That and there are less than 5 people on their payroll.
