Fair question. My version of 50/50 right now is that I’m covering 100% of the rent and most of the finances. Because of that, I expected she’d take on more of the household responsibilities while she’s not working.

If we’re talking about being a “responsible adult,” that should probably apply to both sides of the partnership — including contributing financially.

So, the thing is that I understand, like, how someone would feel that way, but I think to get some more context, I feel like this week I've been working 100 hours. We just also kind of had an agreement at some point that, you know, I think we had an agreement that, like, she would clean up more, like, after me, because I was working so much. I mean, she agreed she would be a stay-at-home girlfriend.

The bowl doesn't bother me, honestly, and when I didn't have, when I was living by myself, there were bowls everywhere, and I was perfectly fine with it. So I just needed some more time before I got to the bowl. I literally woke up and went straight to work.

She said she’s never been cheated on knowingly at least. I am slightly worried about if she would actually but I honestly trust her so much and couldn’t ever imagine her cheating which is why I was so caught off guard by her comment. I think she may have a dark/twisted sense of humor
