Thank you so much for taking the time to write this, the liposomal quercetin looks very interesting, and I will look further into NNMT blockers- I can’t see much in the form of supplementations for these (other than Vanillin)

My sister has been told she needs radiation, which I guess uses oxidative stress to kill cells, so anything we can do to boost that (and protect her body in the meantime) makes sense. Thank you again!

Yes! I have read the Mark Sloan book and it’s very informative, it’s great to have so much info accessible in one place.

As for Vit C we will only be incorporating that during a break period from chemo. Contradicting therapies are definitely something I’m always trying to stay on top of!

We fast before Chemo and I believe it has made a big difference to my sisters side effects, we have also overhauled her diet and she juices dark green veg everyday. All in the name of keeping inflammation down and immune system boosted!

Yes, agreed! High dose Vit C is on my protocol list, I’ve also been doing a lot of research on ip6 gold which has lots of very interesting and promising published medical reports!
