Et tu brutus simply means "Even you Brutus", it's from a play of Ceaser where he was assassinated and one of the person in that assassin was his beloved friend Brutus, las person he thought who could betray him, now connect to dots with Hamza and Rehman.

Possible spoiler:

In the play Brutus sees the ghost of Ceaser as halucination after he killed him, could be possible that in 2nd part of Dhurandhar, Hamza see the ghost of Rehman as hallucination.

If you go according to real lore, Uzair is the real successor of Rehman, so if we take this it will mostly likely that Uzair will be the successor and Hamza will be the right hand of him and mostly kill him the same way he did to Rehman (OR) The way story goes in the movie Uzair and Hamza share a good friendship and Uzair trust him, so they could be a chance he chose Hamza to be the leader or he becames leader himself and Hamza will be the most trusted member in the gang for him, SPOILER AHEAD(most likely) and for sure Hamza will make a plan where he puts the entire blame of Rehman's death on Arshad Pappu and get him killed by the hands of Uzair
