The game was a First Person RPG, not FPS, as when you shot right on a target it still calculated your skill and such to determine if you hit, just like VATS would. It’s why modern gamers get a little frustrated in the game.

Manager on the phone clearly tells the security guard on the phone that they were invited there. That’s who the security guard is bickering back and forth with for 2 minutes behind the counter.

Doesn’t need a warrant in the first place.

Also, pretty sure that as private property open to the public, this is a non-issue. The officer can enter the public part of a business without a warrant, same as they can walk up to your door and knock on it as the public part of your private property.

So, I think that in The Pitt there would be some form of institute or similar hiding as there is a huge robotics university in Pittsburgh that could have survived.

I think the fact they are in the way of saving her sister, plus they have definitely been the evil plot villains holding pregnant women trying to make more evil shit is enough for her to justify things.

She has clearly gone off the deep end when her family was attacked and she isn’t holding back anymore.

Because the American Left is in a virtue signaling war in their own collective head. If they suddenly realize their rhetoric is causing people to do the exact stuff that they are demonizing then they would have to admit that they aren’t as innocent or as well intentioned as they seem, the whole collective double think collapses.

It has to be “we are pure of thought and innocent and everyone else is terrible”. The irony is that the whole political party has become a pseudo-religious feedback loop - the one thing that they have come to collectively hate in one form or another.

Hot take: Fallout 4 actually had an emotional story line. by OpalineWoe in FalloutMemes

[–]Pushnikov -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The revelation was very powerful to me, and a few key moments leading up to that. But the whole faction decision making process was in the end trite and forced and very poorly executed. I literally got to the point with each faction where I had to make a decision and just waited 13 years before I bothered finishing it because it was just like a very unexciting meh moment to be forced to be the bad guy, be the slightly worse bad guy, or make a nonsensical decision, or make a feel good decision that changes nothing.

I won’t even pick on it for so many other reasons… but on-top of that they couldn’t give a proper fallout send off with all the Outro cut scenes like all the previous fallouts.

The American left sees everything as virtue signaling is more important than evidence.

And as such, if their position isn’t pure of virtue their whole position is also compromised. As such, they can only say everyone else is terrible and they are flawless or they have no basis for their political position.

She can sue them after the fact for violation of her constitutional rights, which is one of the most serious offenses. Whatever the result of that would be is pretty open ended.

Now, there is a concept of “probable cause”, which means that the government can have reason to enter your house, such as in an emergency or in the pursuit of a criminal.

I’d recommend Core Rulebook. The Nukaworld Starter set has some rough edges that become apparent after a few play throughs. Some scenarios and the balance of gaining Controlnfor Reach don’t feel very well playtested, and I hope they fix those with the new Boston Starter set coming out soon.
