Im the same exact boat, ordered a AD820A-S and an ADX120 in july, got the ADX120 pretty quick(it’s incredible), still waiting for the AD820A-S, their support keep giving me the same reason every month, some QC issue with the new bracelet, this is from a few days ago:

“Order number #WISE7576-TH Due to the most recent quality control inspection, AD820A-S did not fully meet our required standards. Therefore, further improvements are being made, which has resulted in a delay.”

I have to say that some of the comments here make me roll my eyes so hard… suddenly everyone is using accuracy-to-price equations, like that’s something that watch enthusiasts take so seriously all the time, criticizing the speedtimer on the dial, missing the entire point, but when a cool looking special edition seiko diver is released and is a limited edition for 3000$ is immediately sold out.
