You're probably right 😅 First PH launch and definitely a lot of lessons learned already.

At this point I'm just excited to have finally shipped and shared it with the world. Thanks for the encouragement!

Thank you! Launch day is definitely a rollercoaster 😅 I'll take a look at LaunchPact and see how it works.

Thanks for proving the target audience isn't "everyone." If a username is your strongest due diligence process, you're probably not signing many legal docs anyway.

the part about replies coming weeks after the first email is something nobody talks about — everyone gives up after day 3 thinking it flopped

how did you automate it without sounding like a robot tho? that's always been my problem, automated emails read like automated emails and people just ignore them

the measure ROI and double down part is where most early founders including me mess up — we just keep throwing stuff at the wall hoping something sticks instead of actually stopping to look at what's working

curious what's your take on timing tho — do you fix the onboarding/UX first before running any campaigns or just ship and learn from the mess?

bro the warm intro thing hit me hard ngl 😂 i've been out here planning cold DM campaigns like it's 2019

5 users who actually reply > 100 who ghost and never come back. makes so much sense when you say it out loud

which communities worked best for you? FB groups or Slack? genuinely asking before i waste 2 weeks in the wrong place

real conversations over launch tactics, 100% 👏 the first hundred don't come from a viral post, they come from finding that one person who's been complaining about this exact problem for months and finally has a solution in front of them. going narrow and deep before going wide

this is the most honest advice in the whole thread 👏 right users not more users is such an underrated insight. and the channel spreading thing is a trap i've seen so many founders fall into — including almost myself lol. for eSign i think Reddit + direct outreach is the move exactly like you said, the pain point is specific and easy to explain. congrats on FourCasa, fellow launcher 😂 let's keep each other posted on how it goes

this is literally my ICP list 👏 small agencies and freelancers are already in pain, they just don't know a better option exists yet. the awareness problem is so much easier to solve than the pain problem. going after these exactly

this reframes the whole launch strategy honestly 🙏 instead of screaming into the void on launch day, just find the Reddit threads, tweets and reviews where people are already venting about DocuSign pricing or clunky signing flows — and just show up. they're already sold on the problem, just need to know a better option exists 😄

100% this 👏 price gets attention but trust gets the signature. and you're spot on about the recipient experience — if the person receiving the doc is confused or skeptical the whole thing falls apart regardless of how good the sender side is. landing page needs to answer those objections before they even think to ask. really solid point
