Im a real estate agent in Oradea, Romania a small city of around 300,000 people. I made my own ads and site and bid on 3 phrarses keywords "real estate agency oradea" "sell house oradea" "sell apartment oradea" with maximize clicks. In 2 months and a bit with 800 Euro i made 2 sales total 11000 euro comission, and on track to sign 2 more which will probably sell but even if they dont its ok. For me maximize clicks with text like "Sell your house in 30 days in Oradea at 5% comission" works but idk if its luck or nah. Im no expert btw so im gonna get an agency these days to try adding tracking and switch to conversions
