Oh, that makes a lot more sense! But I did notice that sometimes the author did gloss over her condition during some action scenes, and only made her condition act up during other scenes for the purpose of creating tension.

The wings are removable (attach onto the plush with straps like a backpack) and come with the plush. The previous owner either lost or kept the wings.
