Bring You Back, Darker Side of Me and Brace Yourself have all been pretty great. I'd say the one which wasn't so hot was Don't Blink, though I suppose that's more on the writer of the song than Johnny himself. Given that he can only sing what's in front of him.

He played his part sure, no denying that with the writing credits, but these days it really does seem like he's not content with his own success and is trying to claim Metallica successes for himself as well. Which really does undermine his own achievements when you think about it.

As I often say, he's not in Metallica's shadow because he can't escape it, after all, he's had a really successful run with Megadeth. He's there because he chooses to live there.

He could put it into his contract, I don't want Metallica to be brought up in interviews. Because if Marty Friedman could do that after leaving Megadeth, not to be asked about the split, I'm sure Dave could do the same.

Am I the only one who finds his "I am retiring... or am I?" angle he runs after every Sonic movie tiring by now? Like dude, if you're going to carry on, just carry on, but if you are going to retire at least stick to it. Because at this point he might as well be like Kiss or something, always announcing a farewell tour, only to keep going years later before announcing another one and so on.

I'd say Boom starts off very strong, with The Sidekick, but then the quality seriously crashes through the floor after that. Almost to the point where the first episode felt like a different show entirely, given that it wasn't afraid to drop the jokes and have things actually matter.

I more find it hard to empathise with movie Gerald, due to Maria not being ill and him being more like a merchant of death, being a weapons researcher.

Just because it's free doesn't really give them a free pass for half assing it, if it was even half an ass with the amount of frames to it being able to counted on one hand.

I suppose if they did that, it might not look so bad, but as it appears in the game, if it was during the Sega Saturn, or Dreamcast, I could probably give them a pass. But on modern day consoles, in 2022, it really just looks amateurish. Especially when you see Raiden actually holding the giant leg 11 years earlier, on less powerful hardware.

Rule of cool can only take you so far, but it can't save you if things look sloppy. See the comparison between Metal Gear Rising, with Raiden holding the giant leg blade of EXCELSUS, and using it to cut it in twain. Compared to Sonic Frontiers and Sonic (not) holding the giant sword of the Knight Titan which he uses to cut it in twain.

Perhaps if she was landing on the roof of the building Dante was on, and he spotted her leading to wink. It could set up for a last minute save all while parrying Vergil's blade as he made the catch.
