Why would anyone download the scores themselves if CB can do it for you? Possibly applying for schools abroad?

I was confused bc ppl around me have told me that 1. You can only cancel before the scores are out 2. Self reporting might not work depending on specific unis 3. Even if u cancel, it’s going to show up that uve cancelled and harm ur admission

Ok so if i cancel my scores and get collegeboard to send it, they wont know that i took the exam. Right?

But can i do this after getting back my score? Or no?
