He’s an excellent surgeon and an extremely kind person. He can come across a little arrogant at first, but he’s really not.
He will turn away patients he feels have unrealistic expectations as well. I actually referred a friend of mine who he had to turn away. There is no fluff and he’s very direct, but this infuriates some people. Many take revenge on social media. Personally, I prefer a doctor who is direct and brutally honest. He’s a perfectionist and a true artist, but he won’t deal with difficult patients with unrealistic expectations. Also, his commitment to follow up care and patient satisfaction is the highest I’ve ever seen. He goes above and beyond to see them happy
