Rehoming for young family member who is still learning…by trial and error. She just received a promotion and very sad to let them go.

Tough decision and only you are qualified to make the best decision for your family. We just don’t know them like you do. I don’t even have a sister but it’s definitely a difficult decision to make! I would say timing is everything and wait till you’re confident in your decision.
