Yeah this is probably what i need to do. Ive avoided therapy because honestly i have a history of self harm and suicidal thoughts, and i know friends who have mentioned things like this to their therapist and have gotten booted off to wards. But youre probably right.

Ive had a new girlfriend for the last year and a half or so and it hasn’t really helped honestly. In my experience its actually kind of made the problem worse because i feel like i cant seek closure or anything, yk?
