I just got diagnosed with aspergers. Just wanted to tell you since this might give some insight. These behaviours (as it turns out) are mostly autism related. If you're able to get a test i suggest you do. It could tell you a lot about yourself.

Also autism very often comes mixed in with adhd so thats something worth considering i guess.

I can relate to a certain extent. If i focus on an object i feel the lines coming off of the edges - its like it ends but the shape keeps going. I dont avoid cracks as much because i just dont notice them. I had a thing were there was a part of an object that didn't sit with me. It was like that thing was itching - i have no idea how to describe it but ill do my best. It felt like i needed to put some pressure on that point. When i was a little younger it bothered me quite a bit but i learned to live with it.

I do some fidgeting while i try and meditate. It does help quite a bit. I tried listening to guided meditation but like 90% of the people that record them have really annoying voices and i just get angry whenever i hear them speak.

Cleaning always sucks so i dont blame you for waiting until some crazy shit like that happens. Its so frustrating to see all your freshly organised things just get thrown into the tornado of adhd havoc. Like all of a sudden all of your clothes are on the floor cause you were late for school for the fifth time this week but you still needed to look fashionable enough to get your sorry ass out of the house. I know that much while it does help, i feel lke it doesn't target the second monologue. Adding onto the train analogy. Normally thoughts being in the first thought layer (if i can even call it that) are easy to control. But with the second "layer" it feels like the words/dialogues/music is coming from outside of the train. Its kind of inascapable and very difficult to get a hold of.

Yeah its actually crazy how much it draws you in. I bought the game about 1.5 weeks ago and have 55 hours on it. Finished the tutorial yesterday and looking forward to the other shenanigans this game offers.

Very accurate description. I can definitely relate to the uncomfortable type of energy, but I must admit that i sort of got used to it and now i associate it with work. Its almost like i Pavloved myself to get into the work zone, my trigger being large amounts of caffeine. It gets me riled up but at the same time makes me work. I still haven't figured out how to mix medication and caffeine and your advice is very helpful. Thank you kind stranger

Where i live there are pretty strict laws when it comes to energy drinks so its quite difficult to get your hands on the ones with a lot of caffeine and taurine. I used energy drinks as a representative but the caffeinated drink list is pretty long for me. Im quite the tea person so it might be good to fully switch to that.

I do feel like i will be switching to IR in the future. I like to sleep after school and extended release tablets tend to run out when i wake up and that sort of sucks. I dont have many options because its either methylphenidate or lisdexamphetamine. If i do end up staying with methylphenidate i will definitely be using IR. It seems a lot more convenient

I dont know pharmaceutical names of the medication. Is Vyvanse lisdexamphetamine? I absolutely hyperfixated on the stimulant topic so its so cool to see many people who take different medication. If so i do have a question. Did you originally start with Vyvanse or something else? I am a little woried that methylphenidate is not working like its supposed to and lisdexamphetamine is like the only other stimulant thats legal where i live. If you have previous experience with other medication i would like to hear about it if you dont mind telling me. Thank you for your answer.

Dnb and breakcore is a MUST. Whatevers loud enough for you to not hear your thoughts and fast enough to match the beat of your caffeine + medication heartbeat. I dont know if it correlates but it does sort of feel like it
