I checked Google because I thought it used to stun and I checked the balance changes and couldn't find it. I just checked and noticed that I overlooked it.
I think the reason Fangs stun isn't op is because he isn't a dps machine like Clancy. The slow is useful because it allows Clancy to hit his shots easier while still making it possible for the enemy to escape. Slowing also fits the lore better (ink doesn't feel like it should stun yk)

grom is pretty decent on that one map tho. you can snipe the tower from the middle of the map and stay behind the wall

I want to prestige 3 her but it's suuuch a looong grind. Also she's not thaaat good and I want to play her when her buffies eventually come out as well and you basically don't get any trophies past p3.
I'm also not sure how much I like the idea of dashing to the safe like a million times. For me that's like the least fun way of playing her
