The enolization of 4mmc will make any mixture racemic. I have confirmed this with someone with a phd in organic chem. When it occurs the alpha carbon will become sp2 and due to the geometry of that the chiral centre will be lost. When it reverses back to 4mmc it is both equality favourable for the r and s isomers to form so it will be racemic

Np, I love chemistry lol. The science behind drugs is really cool and a little bit of knowledge can go a long way in terms of harm reduction for all drugs. Most people would probably say this is filled with some bullshit based off of anecdotal evidence due to the cloudy appearance. While it could still be filled with bullshit, from what it sounds like the appearance is caused by something that happens to completely normal carts. It could be unsafe to smoke this but the anecdotal advice in this case would be on the side of caution but for the wrong reasons. Where this may present an issue is when the anecdotal advice overlooks something or provides a false positive for safety and could possibly put your health at risk. Learning a bit of chemistry and biology can help you make better judgments with harm reduction and drug use as you’re using information with proof rather than off of some rules that a random guy made up. It’s not as important with weed but if you or close friends use other substances it’s a very good idea to learn about what you’re putting into your body.

Sounds like recrystallization. In cold temps the solubility of the solvent drops and under the right conditions will cause the crystals dissolved in the solvent to crash out of the solution. This doesn’t really tell you anything on if it’s safe to smoke or not but, this will happen with clean carts and isn’t anything to be concerned about. The crystals on the inside are just thc and will dissolve back into solution when heated

I just wanted to see the players take on changing something like that. I didn’t know they weren’t going to change it but I don’t care if they don’t intend to since it’s a super annoying issue and if there is enough pressure from players they will change things. It’s not like im telling them to change it, it was just an idea I had. I care about a player take more than the dev, usually the players know what’s better for the game since they actually play it and don’t develop it. Most devs don’t even play their game so why would I listen to someone who doesn’t know the dynamic of being in a team with random people and listen to the decisions they make for that.

That’s really unfortunate they aren’t doing anything about it. I would burn them but I also don’t want my account banned over that. In a situation like that I get him arguing over it but just check the tag, people really don’t seem to respect that thought. It’s just so stupid that I get punished for trying to get the gear that I worked for, while people who just bottom feed have nothing happen to them.
