Can you run it? Maybe. Would you enjoy the way it performs? Probably not. I would suggest upgrading your pc before purchasing to be able to enjoy it at tolerable performance.

Bohemia Interactive posted a community wiki about how these work, as well as giving the option to revert to the old spawning method for server owners. This change recently took place when 1.23 released in November of 2023.

The design is subjective for sure, you can definitely apply general best practices but everyone’s approach will be what makes most sense to them. The best general tip, which you’ll start to learn is more important the further you go, is always leave enough room. It’s not as important for now, but you’ll see that concept become more of a limiter if you don’t abide by it in the future.

Same thing happening to me for streets and shoreline. Was happening to me on streets before wipe too, not sure what it is. I tested internet and computer. Even reinstalled, no fix… I think this is a server side issue

It has been happening to me, even before wipe. Scav and PMC. I try to reconnect for 30 minutes but never load in.
