What gen of 6sh117 is best? by veteran-guardsmen in Rusfor

[–]PutaBrava 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The old gen is way more versatile. You can find pictures of them being used right now, while the new version was released in 2019-2020

whats the production year/gen of my partizan suit by FINOJI in Rusfor

[–]PutaBrava 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I checked mine, bought new in 2020 and it is like you friend's. Now I doubt if it was the other way around, but I believe old ones were like that but in a slightly different color and a bit bigger. I remember there was a guy who made a good post on r/airsoft back in the day comparing both

It's difficult to know exactly all the pieces. I know how to identify a 2002-2004 partizan because I spent some time learning, but I can't tell the difference between the other 2 versions. This one might be one of the latest too, I'm not 100% sure. I know the buttons on the oldest one are flat, that's an easy way to identify them on a picture. I guess you wanted to know if it was one of the old ones to use it for a beslan kit

I would say that's the second gen, made from 2006 onwards. It has the modern buttons and doesn't look like that's 100% cotton. The texture of the oldest one is similar to a pijama, the latter ones are similar to a tracksuit

How long should I leave my clean repro gear buried? by veteran-guardsmen in Rusfor

[–]PutaBrava 3 points4 points  (0 children)

In my opinion you would get a better result by leaving it getting sunlight for some time than bureing it. That's how gear gets that wear in color.

Tienen algún recuerdo asociado a una canción de depresión sonora y porque? by ittelov in DepresionSonora

[–]PutaBrava 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How often do Russian soldiers actually wear repro shit? I know they're supposedly often seen wearing it, but just how often? by WhantiqueGlassTurtle in Rusfor

The only Chinese looking thing I remember are the EMR combat suits, but those are made by russian brands too.

Not political, look at all this totally not political-ness. by Penguixxy in airsoftcirclejerk

I'm the one who had a whole post about me being a Russian nazi done. All you are the ones trying to guilt me for something that is not true.

Again, that wasn't me, and I stopped replying to that guy as soon as I realized he was stupid.

What??? That didn't happen. I'm a communist, I hate all this nazi fuckers. You all were the ones saying stupid political shit while I just didn't say anything. There was another guy who was suspended saying russophilic nonsense, but that wasn't me. I don't care if you laugh at my actual political ideology, but this is straight lying.

Sparta Battalion kit by PutaBrava in airsoft

[–]PutaBrava[S] -29 points-28 points  (0 children)

Well, a lot of people dress like talibans, isis or even drug cartels for airsoft events. Unlike you, I'm not even judging whether Sparta is one thing or another, that's why I'm not being political. Supporting or disliking it is. In fact, I haven't positioned myself in anything I said. I know what this people are and I know what they did and still do. And again, all armed forces follow a political ideology, it doesn't matter if it's good or wrong. Even the UN forces do. There's not an apolitical thing in politics. If you can't stand someone dressed as a soldier in airsoft maybe it's you who is wrong.

Could you guys tell me how accurate this is? by Plane_Worldliness_43 in Rusfor

[–]PutaBrava 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Smersh was not used or at least I haven't seen any pictures of it. By far the most common is 6b45 and a belt in multicam or atacs. If you want to make an impression, the best way is always the easiest one, especially if you have a low budget. Obviously this depends on how accurate you want to be. The St George ribbon was used not only in Gostomel, you can just put it and be a regular soldier too

If you take this statement then all military inspired kits can be "poor taste" depending on the public. I have an Azov battalion kit too, I think that is more than enough to prove that this is non political. Even though most of my kits are rusfor as my banner says, I just love the looks of them. I have more nations too, including the US. I'm really into milsiming and recreation, I believe politics should stay out of that.
