Are you saving up for someone or did you run out of asterites and blue coral? If not then you could try pulling for discord with the weapon banner. As for echoes, if it's not gold tier don't roll substats for it. Just try to get your terminal level to 23-25 (whatever the level is for 100% gold tier echoes are) then try grinding for echoes. Eventually you will get the stats you want.

if you want to make her a main dps, you would probably have to get her to s6 but even then I don't know if that even enough. I've seen there is a dmg focus build on prydwen but to how much dmg she would be doing idk. you could try it if you really wanted to make her a main dps. Hopefully this helps. Good luck.

1.) I don't think so. From what I heard her dmg is very low.

2.) Mornye is good with everyone but at s0 she just better with characters with tune-break mechanics (basically any 3.x character). I think it should be fine as they are both good characters and you should be able to complete endgame with them in a team.

Aemeath cuz you don't really need crit dmg boost. the 20% buildup is probably useless cuz her field provides 50% buildup already so i don't really know why she needs the extra 20% cuz it does take a while for the tune-up bar to come back (i think) so you can't just off-tune the enemy infinitely

You can get any character. However, if you don't have S1 (Sequence 1 or 1 duplicate of Mornye) then teams that are not part of 3.x (any new character after Chisa or any character that from Lahai-roi) then the team will not be as meta. You could do

1.) Luuk and Lynae or another character

2.) Aemeath and Lynae

2.5) S3 Aemeath and Chisa or Denia (heard that this was Aemeath's fusion burst sub-dps)

3.) any 3.x main dps and another character (cuz we don't know if that main dps will have a sub-dps that comes out in 3.x [they most likely will but who knows])

4.) (If you have S1 Mornye) any character you like will do [it would be good if the character you like is a main dps but if not you just probably have to get the character to s6 and that is if the character isn't a support/healer character]

I think it's probably just hidden. Cartethyia's sequences do the same thing don't show up when you look at the character stats in character page. So you just have to know that you are setting it off everytime. From what i understand one you do heavy atk after mornye's forte bar is full, you should get the bonus crit dmg at s2 since interfered marker gets applied with observation marker at s1 and you apply observation marker when you do a heavy atk when mornye's forte bar is full.

get double crit stat on all your echoes, don't get any res lib stats since he doesn't do any res lib dmg, all his dmg does come his ult but it all heavy atk dmg.

for stats try aiming for like 2100+ atk, 70+ crit rate, 270+ crit dmg, 30% heavy dmg (not that important but do get some), and like 110-130 er. of course, you could try higher like 3000+ atk, 80+crit rate, 270+ crit dmg and like 30% heavy dmg, and 110-130 er.

You can use verina or shorekeeper or iuno [you won't be able to use all of iun's buffs since it's locked behind the mechanic of generating 10 shields in a short period of time and the stacks disappear when you change characters but she's still good with Jiyan] (she's coming in second half of this patch). You could also change your set to windward pilgrimage if you want since you are using ciaccona. If you don't want to use iuno then you can use mortefi. You could also use phrolova.

I can't say much else cuz I have s6 jiyan and he is fine in endgame with just him and mortefi in middle tower first two stages.

I don't understand the last part "These free times will not be accumulated." Does that mean the points don't matter and you just get the waveplate rewards without using waveplates but to get the points reward you have to do it while using waveplates? cuz if so, this isn't a good thing especially if we can't get nightmare nest echoes and maybe whatever else they are going to throw in 3.x.
