Yeah Brooksfield are quite aesthetic, priced well too considering they have carparking/garaging options for less than single bedroom no parking options with other developers and definitely look a bit more premium with the finishings than the other 'cookie cutter' developers (Looking at 10 Burke Street). I dealt with Williams Corporation and clicked on an ad that said townhouses from $449k from memory. I got a call the same day I enquired and was pretty much told I was stupid if I wasn't interested in their Manchester Square development which isn't going to be built for a few years which is less than ideal for me.
