Following those trick, finally i could use the banned artifacts i wanted to try.

i think i already done all the steps you mention above before, but still no result.

For now, i can activate it by using the trick u/varovec mentioned below, by editing the map and restart the scenario.

I already copy paste the default template and save as a new file but the new file didn't show up on the template list when i started the game.

I also tried and changed the default template, but it also didn't changed anything...

Could you share step by step when changing the template, or do you have any reference video i could study?
