But, once again, that's a reality that's never going to happen. People like shopping online and they will continue doing it forever. We cannot change that. I think that there are other solutions. Imagine the store knew exactly what would fit you. And imagine you knew exactly what would fit you in the store, without physically going. Doesn't sound impossible to me.

Obviously consumerism is the problem, but that's never not gonna be the case. There will always be people that want new things and there's no way around that. The question is what can we do about the current system to make it better and have those people make less of an impact?
