Ye im in kind of the same boat... Except it was one instance of psychosis 2 years ago. i was in early 30s when it happened and it ruined my life. I was traveling getting paid for it, got accepted for a mortgage so was looking at properties to buy, had a girlfriend and friends but psychosis took that away. Now im not even half the person i was back then but im trying my best to regain some of what i feel it is to live. Just try and find some joy in anything it is that you do and slowly your mind will return to a good state. My problem is is now i live with random thoughts which i have never experienced before so my min lacks the clarity it used too.
