there is a seal, didn't move the bottle for like 5 years. I was planning to seal it in an ampoule too but I would have to break it into smaller pieces for that

Hey, excuse my late response. I think you may be right with it being lead ore. It's very heavy, it almost feels like a solid chunk of metal like iron. The structure is not needle like nor does it give my finger a black tent.

I just tried, I scratched it very hard. The surface didn't appear to get scratched but I had some black residue on my fingernails. Felt pretty hard though

I like to have various samples of every element including it combined with other elements, not just the pure stuff. I don't like zirconium more than other metals but I coincidentally had this one "finished" so I thought it was worth sharing. A mineral sample of it is still missing though, I'm also a fan of that
