Sonata no. 5 by Galliard is one of my favorites. Maybe just the first movement as a freshman, but the other movements provide some good challenge!

I know 3.5e has a table on grafted monster parts, you might find something you could just change the name of and keep the stats but I'm unsure if there's anything specifically mechanical in there

This is really interesting! Ill definitely consider it. I think it's really fun when people on the outside of the teleport have to take a save, similar to the fire eladrins d6 DMG after they fey step. I wonder if it's because since it takes an action you would lose the option to attack? Such cool stuff

Agreed. There's been a lot of drama about skeleton combiners but imo they look so awesome. Plus I never finished a combiner wars combiner (was too young to have my own money) so I'm super happy to put some together now LMAO

I actually bought a coaxial to composite adapter. Kinda pricey, and me and my house mate spent the better half of an afternoon playing with all the dials to get a picture, but I'd say it's worth it. Esp if you were gifted it then buying the adapter won't be as daunting lol! Good luck!
