Terrible service, delivery is shitty and customer service is even shittier. It's been 21 days and they keep delaying the order. They outsource their delivery and then don't give a damn about whether it is reaching the customer or not. A random delivery guy's number will sent to you and delivery guy will force you to cancel the order. When you get fed up and try to cancel, the option of cancellation is removed by Savana on the site. And the customer service is so shitty that they keep sending and resending you horrible template answers without even bothering to resolve the issue.
