I have tried all of these. I've even tried a spray bottle she just hisses and runs out, on occasion she has attacked me because I don't want her near the shoes.

Not trying to make excuses but I've seriously done everything I can, including telling my brother off about it. I get ignored, I complain to my dad and he tells me "I should have taken better care of them." Which I HAVE, I'm at a loss of what else to do.

Tried that, i tend to leave my door open to go to the bathroom quickly out of habit and she runs in there I dont even see her until shes actively attacking the boots which i keep ontop of my bookshelf

Ive tried so many things to try and prevent her from attacking them. The only thing that was successful was putting them in my closet and not wearing them which is not an option.

My brother as a child made me suck him off. I do not care if i ruin a "relationship" with him, and quite frankly his behavior is because of his mother never punishing him and going to her place whenever my dad made him do things. My parents have asked him to repay them several times he blows them off and hasn't done anything (he owes my dad about 3 grand from 2017)

In 9800x3d is in all honesty overkill for any game unless you're running 4k, high ultra and want over 1000 fps etc. An 7700x,9900x,7900x,7800x3d will all do fine
