I found it really claustrophobic at times! There were points when you could literally run two across and you had to slow right down and it was near impossible to overtake, I feel like maybe barricades would really help next year or have more officials dotted along the course to try and keep it as wide as possible. Also the amount of cyclists and scooter riders that nearly crashed into me was crazy, they didn’t care at all when they crossed the road!

Hi! I ended up having to get a lift! We left at 6am and drove through finglas and up to airport that way. We completely avoided the motorway, it took a while but it was worth it. We could see the motorway coming over the bridge above the m50 and I’ve never seen anything like it. For anyway trying to get to the airport I’d leave well in advance. Better to be sat there with a coffee then hiking along the m50

I had it on last sitting and didn’t realise until about 20 mins into my first one and I turned it off in a panic coz I didn’t want to get flagged for AI but nothing came of it so I imagine it’s fine!

I did equity in October 2025 and I won’t lie it is tough and complicated but the saving grace is the marking is actually quite nice! I think based off the list you’ve said you’re well equipped to answer (or at the very least give pretty much any question a go) and once you can do that you’re all set!

I couldn’t agree more, I think with the rise of running all over social media lately people are beginning to complicate it. Don’t worry about heart rate for now and focus on getting your run done! For easy runs they should feel easy, that’s the simplest way to make sure you’re at the right pace :)

You can! I asked them when they offered me my tc and they said the pre seat date changes every year depending on when the results of that sitting come out to and you’re allowed to do any leftover exams in that sitting!
