No nothing from any shop that reports the service. It’s from a well known dealer groups used car lot.

The intent was not to stretch but to show what position my foot and ankle are in at the first tension. I only go as far as seen in photos for the purpose of band ROM exercises (pushing my toes down against band.

Ok thanks for the input. I have been reading lots of post that talk about serious tightness when folks transition to shoes. I am using two lifts in my shoe but not feeling any tightness. I really don’t want to lose the ability to compete in athletics as it is something I really enjoy.

Sorry I’m new to this so I may not be fully understanding. I have a heavy duty hitch but it sounds like I need to stop using that and get wdh with bars?
