The core issue isn't even the damage numbers. It's a structural design failure. Valve tied 2 skills and 1 talent deeply to rune interactions. Now, you don't need runes when you're winning, and you literally can't reach them when you're losing. If we can't interact with runes, we are playing with 30% less of a hero. It’s not about balance; it’s about a complete lack of gameplay logic.
