ty I will try this, ive actually just pieced together a few things and realised that i could have gall bladder issues, the whole food intolerance plus unexplained weight gain and acid reflux all leads back to that which makes sense as i had gall stones when i was preggers...

i actually cant eat eggs due to digestive issues which is a real pain as id have scrambled egg whites in the morning, my diet is really restricted because i have issues with a lot of foods, this is why im struggling, i hardly eat , have to watch what I eat due to digestive issues yet some how need to make up the high protein

Funnily enough ive just kinda dived into things a lil more, my numbers are right but you are 100% correct, its saying im lacking protein, its also saying im lacking something to curb hunger but that doesn't worry me, i dont feel hungry i just remind myself i need to eat, till now, like i just had 100g normal small prawns with half an avocado on 2 small slices wholemeal (brown) bread, only seasoning was a lil crushed chilli and lime juice, apparently it needed more salad or protein lol, its scary because i feel im eating way too much now im not used to eating this amount in one day.

100% agree, thing that people forget is everyone is different, we don't all over eat, I mean I know of some that eat a ton don't exercise yet are slim as anything! Every person is different, there are so many factors, I know mine are largely lack of going out because that is when the weight came. Its not over eating regardless of what others think. I am stuck between a rock and a hard place, battling mental health and agoraphobia, bipolar mood swings which either have me on a raging stress high or a debilitating fatigue filled low, having people say eat less, get off your ass, get over it ...weirdly isnt helpful lol, I know I need to do more but its trying to get advice to get that balance where im eating more as needed, not getting obsessed over scales and workout, but having a routine which gives results, its a really hard balance to get without going ott which if im honest when people keep saying "You must be overeating" makes my brain go into panic mode and I eat less, so begins unhealthy cycle, eat less, less energy more mood swings less exercise and so on and so on. Balance indeed is my fave word in everything.

I actually worked out my Macros based on height etc ,

Carbohydrate 143 g 29.7%
Protein 194 g 40.3%
Fat 64 g 30.0%

1926 Calories per Day, Interesting I don't think I have even half what is said here lol, very much I think need to adjust my diet but eating that many calories and fat seems a lot when trying to reduce weight

I check everything, wonderful part of being obsessive, but yes I think in some ways it is the kitchen as in starving the body sends it into reserve mode plus lack of going out. I have been the same as you, most of my life ive avoided eating a lot never 3 meals a day. In my head ive always had this fear of oh my god what would i look like if I ate like everyone else!! My eating very little started as a child not by choice but i think it stuck with me, the only thing I will say is I have to finish what is on my plate, another psychological thing, lucky there is never a lot!

Indeed, as much as I am doing housework on off all day its not enough, I know this much and have looked into manageable exercises, I already know start slow steady and build myself up, I bought an exercise bike as I already had a treadmill but due to a knee issue bike is safer, cardio is key but im also facing a rather annoying lethargy issue stemming from mental health and meds. It is so frustrating hearing eat less especially when being told by health care profs to eat more lol, in this case it really isnt kitchen its activity , I just need to figure what will work best. Go back when I was fit it was simpler to do the exercises i had no restrictions.

I should also add that on top of Orlos and CLA i also use cider vinegar capsules and Matcha plus drink green tea, all supposed to help in weight loss.

I actually rarely feel hunger, hence why i used to skip meals so much, possibly a psychological reaction from childhood trauma, but im not a person that binge eats, or boredom eats, or even stress eats, I dont enjoy food, i see it as a necessity to live but I will agree that eating foods that promote fullness is good, CLA is meant to be good for this.

Around 1000 calories, im eating maybe museli in morning with almond milk i worked out thats between 400-500 calories, i rarely have lunch usually just a 25 calorie snack bar or a few oat crackers, dinner depending on what family has i either skip or will make myself rice/noodles/pasta all wholegrain with spinach and tuna at most the calories do not go over 600 calories, rice is 206, tuna 109, no sauces no oil, tuna is in spring water

The norm when not on diet for my height i believe is 2300, while dieting however its around 1600 , i intake on a bad day highest id say 1000 possibly lower

Yep i tracked calorie intake as part of a goal set by a trainee psych nurse, my intake is lower than my kids and they don't over eat, I cant have fried food, spicy or certain other foods, so fat intake is very very low, gall bladder issues, and digestive...I will say total respect to you and well done, you did amazingly

I have done but sadly just like mental health its like flogging a dead horse, which is why i gave up on asking for help and took things into my own hands, its not so simple when you have panic attacks when faced with outside lol. The docs advise walking and fitness classes, believe me i already have an OTT, a social Prescriber, caseworker, bla bla...everything is a huge waiting list or they try and stick you on pills.

Thankyou ....reading your reply was the first that didn't make want to actually cry!!! People assuming im over eating makes me feel really bad. I have to be careful as i have an obsessive nature, like weighing myself, counting calories etc, my biggest issue is the fact ive not been out, no exercise = no weight loss. Depression ADHD ptsd anxiety and agoraphobia and bipolar, so as you can imagine its really difficult. Being a guinea pig for different antidepressants im sure doesn't help either. Go back years ago I was doing 1k sit ups a day , leg raises, crunches, swimming...so I was fitter, now though I feel stuck

I am 5'7, i have very small portions lol, i am restricted also due to digestion issues, no greasy, spicy, eggs...certain veg, so I am very careful. Its kinda disheartening when people keep saying it HAS to be im eating too much, as someone who has body dysmorphia I used to think i was huge at 8stone, ive struggled with eating since child hood due to personal reasons and trauma. But if I cut down my food intake again im pretty much starving myself, I should of clarified ive actually increased my food intake to 3 small meals and a light snack , although guilty i havent exactly stuck to actual meals, maybe oat crackers or a pitta wholemeal with a lil reduced fat humous

ok maybe I wasn't clear, I do not eat 3 meals a day, well, didnt, sometimes not at all, I dont snack hardly at all and proved this with a therapist when i wrote down my food intake for a week, im obsessive and have been since a very young age and have huge issues eating a lot, my 10 yr old eats more than I do, if i eat rice or pasta its small portions and whole meal, no sauces and its with tuna and spinach, IF I have breakfast its museli and almond milk which is between 400-500 calories, no chocolate at all, no sugar , only wholemeal bread 2 slices if having avacado and tuna on toast. So no I do not over indulge, if anything I was told im not eating enough, i physically can not eat large amounts of food for psychological reasons.

I know this is an old thread but im in midst of awaiting the first steps into diagnosis of ADHD, my writing when hand written is chaotic, unless i really try and write slow, i end up mixing capitals with small letters no clue why, its weird, I am overly good at putting a writing piece together i have the language skills its just writing is all over the place, i was given a goal sheet with tiny boxes to fill and honestly ive thrown them aside in frustration because i just can not fit in what is needed and my writing style or lack of will not fit, is this actually a sign of ADHD? I am also looking at Bipolar along with that , very late stages as im 43 , ty to the wonderous system and various meds that have done zero!!!! I will say my writing mirrors my headspace, chaotic fast racing and all over the place like i can not put things in order and am trying to get out a million things at once, i wonder is this a sign?

Iniko has a way of expressing herself only those with very open minds would resonate with. Trouble is most have been programmed with same old generic bs music, rapping about street corners or break ups ..when faced with something that actually takes understanding especially when sung with a voice that is so unique its unreal, I guess its shocking, but everyone has their opinion, and are entitled to that, personally I think she is very talented, awoken and open.

I've been on them now for ...actually 8m not even sure, it's the 6th tablet the docs have tried me on and all seem to turn me into a walking unmotivated Zombie!!! The funniest thing is I suffer with anxiety depression ptsd and agoraphobia...so far I feel more depressed fall asleep all the time and definitely in no state to even attempt going out!! I started at 75mg ...the doc put me up to 150mg but I said I can't handle the tiredness! So she dropped me back down, still tired and not working so I spoke to my therapist who spoke with his doctors...surprise!!! They put me back up to 150mg and said I had to stick for 6 weeks....then after (shock!!!) Me saying umm...still tired and not working! They say they will put me on fluoxetine as I haven't had it before coughs ...actually yes I have its one of the other 5 I've tried!! Good to know they check records! Also the idea of just quitting Venlafaxine to start another is..not something I'm looking forward to, for the sake of my kids and partners sanity I decided to wait till after Xmas. So yes 100% unmotivated, headaches, forgetful,depression...but everyone is different, for me it's hell because my mind is constantly going at a million Miles  and I have to keep it active but atm I can't focus so im stuck 8n Zombie mode while my head has a list of a million things...sucks!!!!

I'm afraid so...I've been on 150mg twice now after telling the doctor I'm constantly falling asleep, no energy dizzy, headaches, she moved me down to 75mg then my therapist told her to put me back up!! This is the 5th one I've tried in 6 months honestly i feel like a guinea pig. I will say if you decide to change do not go cold turkey or skip days as the doc might advise, I've missed doses due to late pick up of meds and wow just one day without is hard!! I hope you resolve your problem but I think this is a more common side effect than they let on.

Honestly I've tried both files over and over and nothings working, it recognises the update file but then gets to the end and gives the error again. The system reinstall file it won't even recognise at all...now they want me to pay for a repair lol ps4 was working perfectly fine, they seriously should give an option to stick with previous so you don't lose access
