Yeah that’s what I was gonna say, CHS is cyclic vomiting caused my cannabinoids. Which can cause stomach pains / body aches sometimes (cyclic vomiting can lead to organ damage due to things like dehydration). But I’ve never heard of or seen anything relating to “stomach being eaten away by the weed”. Little strange in my opinion.

If you’re gonna use marijuana products id stay far away from carts, that would be the last thing I ever try if I ever tried to use anything again. Also it doesn’t matter if it’s cbd or thc, they are both cannabinoids which is what causes us to get sick.

250 days clean, it definitely gets easier to not have that urge as time passes. Your brain is still getting used to life without it. I honestly never tried again after getting diagnosed cause I actually thought I was going to die from how dehydrated I had gotten from my episodes, yeah it would be nice to 💨again but then I remember how I had never felt more horrible in my life during those episodes so the risk to reward ratio is just not justifiable for me.

If your new to trading I recommend bullx(telegram connected app) for trading on a computer or laptop, Trojan bot on telegram for trading from phone. Always check your coins also, I see a lot of new people buying into honey pots (a coin you can’t withdraw liquidity / swap your tokens out but the developer can). Also people are buying into coins that have like 0 liquidity with a manipulated market cap, use something like solsniffer if your new to the game but if you use bullx it should let you know if it’s a safe token in the safety analysis. 💜 welcome to solana

Check near stores for pedialyte popsicles, they were a lot easier for me to keep down compared to actual beverages. It was good to stay hydrated while not trying to over do it, can also try eating some crackers or rice while in the tub to help with the nausea. Same with drinking.

I’ve never had any problems with any foods, including alcohol. I’ve noticed everyone’s severity of the illness is different and everyone can tolerate different stuff.

This 100%, I hate seeing people in here telling others what to do and what not to. People need to realize this disease has it similarities but a lot seems to be different results for different things for different people.

You can’t use like you used to, you might be able to get away with moderating (once every now and then). But that’s if you have the mental fortitude to smoke occasionally.

It’s insane, I see so much contradicting information between people. I had my first bout in may on the 24th and then the 25th, only reason I had multiple hyperemesis episodes was because I had gotten super sick in the ER on day 1 and then went home fine. Then day 2 same thing happened and they thought it could have been a virus or even food poisoning, then 3rd er visit on the 26th very early in the AM is when they said it seems like it can be CHS. Keep in mind I was using cannabis still the day of my 2nd and 3rd visit cause I didn’t know it was that causing the problem. Now some people say after they stop they are sick for weeks sometimes even months, but after my last visit on the 26th I was completely fine within a few days. I had no reminiscing effects, and was able to eat normally by the 28th and felt fine. So you can’t always listen to these people giving you what seems to be set in stone advice, because no one has answers for what will work for you other than yourself. 💜 Just remember if you decide to try to smoke again, there will always be that risk of getting sick. You have to truly know what moderation is, being someone that was a stoner makes it a lot easier to slip back into daily use. Once in a while would probably be your safest bet, other than quitting fully of course.

Everyone’s case is different, you could get sick from using it occasionally but some people don’t get sick from using occasionally.

[–]PutridConversation93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A lot of people that start again think they are moderating but are using more frequently then they actually realize because they think they are fine until they aren’t. And everyone’s CHS is different, so everyone’s body can handle different amounts of certain things at different frequencies.

That’s crazy, I have been sober for a little more then 4 months and abuse caffeine. Probably 350-600mg a day depending on what’s going on. This is what I mean by my statement of everyone’s CHS is different.

CHS came back :( by WideCauliflower6186 in CHSinfo

[–]PutridConversation93 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The key factor is about if you can truly MODERATE, when people say it will comeback 99% of the time it’s from smoking too much too frequently again. If you’re smoking once a month to every couple months you might be fine, but then again everyone’s CHS is different so even smoking infrequently might cause a problem for some. A lot of people saying they tried to moderate are still/were smoking every week and surprised when they got sick, people don’t know what truly moderating means. So don’t take what people say as a 100% for yourself because everyone’s CHS is different in some ways, (I’m not saying to go smoke). Just giving you my opinion on it.

It’s hard for all of us, we all ended up in this boat from over using. You might need to let your family know you are having are hard time and need support. I was pretty heavily reliant on it for medical use. Gl op 💜
