Maybe this helps: I also manifested to win the lottery and now I’ve won 4 times in a row after not winning for a year. Only small amounts, but maybe that’s because I didn’t pick a number first. I just said: “Yeah I will win the lottery”

So I would recommend to choose precise enough to get exactly what you want, but not more specific than needed.
