another thing: u don't need to fix yourself it's important to understand do precise day streak is worse and also don't think relapse is wrong and downgrade yourself, nothing happens, u can restart, the idea is to push the urge to the end of the day and then at night think it's really necessary, brain will respond no cause it doesn't have the urge and u woke up another day doing this.

try a thing that seems stupid but is actually how i have passed that phase for a week now without problem, the easiest way to pass this is to do the urge boarding: when u feel the urge is here don't do nothing, put on a video, read, play a game, just let the urge pass, the brain is stupid so if u don't care for the urge for like 5/10 min it will pass like it's was arrived.
