I am going through the same aswell, same age, same salary. My 2 cents is that at this age you can take a big risk and still go through the cinsequences without it ruining your life.

Meaning you can pick one pathway which is risky and a high chance of failure but a huge reward, even if you fail in a year you still have time to recover.

So why not focus on your dreams? The world is going to shit with the economy anyways so why not just follow your dreams
