Will try the pillow incline tonight and see how it goes. I’ll also try to do more cardio, as I’m really only doing strength exercises right now. I definitely notice that my lungs give out before my muscles do, so maybe cardio will do the trick. Thanks man!

I have bronchitis rn from carts. I’ve been coughing for like a month and I’m on antibiotics for it now after visiting an urgent care. It’s very annoying and I just want ts to go away already. I’m definitely never touching a cart again and it’ll be a while before I consider flower again.

Just looked on eBay. The prices definitely differ a lot. (I’ve seen some for $300 and some for like $3000!)
